ROLE & IMPACT of personality

Our persona plays a very important role in our life as it is the reason for opportunities, friends, experiences, advantages, disadvantages, success, failures, and many more things which we can’t imagine but all of them we get in our life only because of our personalities. Personality has a certain kind of role and impacts on our life but I think it has six major domains in which it generally impacts our life.

  • PRUDENT: Showing good judgment in avoiding risk and uncertainties carefully, A person should avoid risk and awkward moments in their professional and personal life. Imagine the situation when some friend said you to lend some money to them and you think “I should help him/her” without thinking that whether they really need it or he/she just trying to use your gullibleness. Here a prudent person first examines and understands the situation like will the lender return my money easily, or I have to make a great number of phone calls to get my money back. So this what how prudent skills play an important role in our personality.
  • CREDIBILITY: The quality of being trusted and believed in, it is very important that you are a credible person because its absence will cause indirect loss like people don’t give you a work where risk is involved and without doing such works which others can’t do will make you more opportunities and you can’t prove yourself in the workplace.
  • CONFIDENT: Feeling and showing that you are sure about your abilities, opinions, etc. If you are confident then people believe that they can rely on you and in this way you will get better opportunities than others. But, be aware of overconfidence as it will reduce your learning abilities and make you a joke.
  • AMIABLE: Kind and friendly, the more amiable you are people will feel freer to talk to you if you talk gently to ladies, kids, and men then all of them will want to be around you or talk to you concerning a person who speaks loudly, rude with ladies and kids.
  • LEADING: It depends on your leadership qualities, if you are a leader in your workplace, society or family then you will always have some special benefits than others like you can order anyone, people will follow your instructions blindly in their life or we can say you will be like an alpha male.
  • MOTIVATION: The process that initiates, guides, and maintains goal-oriented behaviors. From motivation, I don’t mean the creepy lines of motivation and motivational videos on youtube created by some college dropout. I mean motivation is something else like motivation is that feeling that binds you to your work, your ambitions, and your passion. Not the revenge of your enemy, betrayal of your girlfriend, or some sort of hyper-feeling which is generally mentioned in youtube motivational videos. Motivation is like keeping calm, doing your work, forgetting all worries of the world, and living this moment.

Paradigm similar to spiral model, but engineering activity involves components. The system is produced by assembling the correct components. ADVANTAGES: Time and resource conservative. Having object-oriented methodology. Components are built once and then they can be reused further. Suitable for small to large object-oriented projects. Very low cost in the construction of the system. DISADVANTAGES: Can’t use it for pioneering projects. Needs good planning and design.
