TEAM BUILDING
Team building is very necessary when we work on an important project in different teams. A team is not formed when we select different people, it forms when these different peoples start understanding each other and work efficiently. To build a team we have several activities which are proven very efficient in building teams out of a group of people who don’t know each other very well. So let us discuss them all one by one. WHITEBOARD CHALLENGE: There are two separate teams and a whiteboard having a partition for both teams. Each time one person comes to form each team and other team members of the respective team get a folded paper containing a simple shape. The other team members have to explain the shape to their respective team representatives so that the representative will draw it on the whiteboard.
