PROJECTING A WINNING PERSONALITY

It means to show that you have a great determination to win anything and the people around you find you the best person who can do his/her job with the perfection that anyone can’t do ever. There are some special qualities when we are discussing the process of projecting a winning personality so let us discuss them all one by one.

  • COMMITMENT: If you are committed to your work then others and you too find that you are achieving some unbelievable changes in your work quality. Consider yourself as a customer and start thinking that you go the market and you want to dry clean your special coat but there you find two laundries let’s say Laundry A and Laundry B, Laundry B’s receptionist said you that “we will dry clean your coat” but Laundry A’s receptionist said you that “we will dry clean your coat on time, on tomorrows morning you will it and go anywhere you want” so by seeing the commitment of Laundry B’s receptionist you will go with him/her.
  • RESPONSIBILITY: Taking responsibility makes a good impression in addition to projecting a winning personality. People start blindly following a person who takes responsibility and is also a trust developing agent among colleagues.
  • HARD WORK: Now a day people say that you need to do smart work not hard work but I believe that you should do hard work because without it you don’t get the idea or understanding that how you can do smart work. Let us understand it with an example, In a class, there are two students both have the same IQ, knowledge, and memory power but both of them have different approaches let’s say student A works smartly, he/she borrows notes from a friend and learned the important answers whereas student B learned from book reading each line again and again. In the exam, both scored the same marks but I believe that student B has got to know more through his/her hard work and it also enables him/her to understand how different topics are linked together which is not gotten by Student B.
  • CHARACTER: It is important to know your limits, at work we all have to behave ourselves and work within our limits. If we cross our limits then it will destroy our image and professional life. Imagine the situation of Michael Scott the regional manager at Dunder Mifflin if he starts teasing his junior female staff then what will happen, definitely they will complain about him to his higher officials and then they will throw him out of the company which will be very bad for his future career too. So that’s why to be in limit and behave yourself.
  • POSITIVE BELIEVING: Hope is God for all of us, working without any hope and future perks feel like working in hell and living in prison. When we have a positive approach in our life we then in hard times find that our heart is saying that this time will also go and after a certain time I will be at a good place in my life. In your life you have also sometimes felt that everything is going very bad but believe me after five at the same time you will find that five years ago you were just fearing an ant size problem.
  • GIVE MORE THAN YOU GET: From it I mean to say that whenever you give more than you get from others then you will glow in your work. For example, Let’s say you are a web developer and you have created a web store for a small general store. The store owner gives you money and in return, you give him a website but, imagine the situation that if you put more effort to improve your work without considering the money you will get then you will create a website that is more efficient than if it gets created by any other developer. So from your work, the store owner will impress and he will be consulting other store owners to work with you and that is how if you give more than you get then definitely customers will approach you.
  • PERSISTENCE: It is the continuous work efforts that you apply in your life. No matter what problems come in your path, you solve them with your persistence and continuous efforts. A famous theoretical physicist once said that “You never fail until you stop trying”.
