STRESS MANAGEMENT TECHNIQUES
Nowadays stress is a problem for almost every person in this modern world from school students to working professionals. We should face it with courage because it causes many medical-related problems like insomnia. But believe me, you can defeat it by doing some simple things in your life. So let us discuss all of them one by one.
- USE GUIDED MEDITATION: You should first follow the advice and guided meditation recommended by a psychologist or any other well-qualified meditation practitioner. Meditation helps in increasing your concentration power by just practicing it regularly. Let me share one more thing generally we get into stress by thinking about the same mental tension-related thoughts again and again about a bad incident or future worries. I have also experienced these things in my life. But believe me, when you start meditating, it will increase your concentration power which will help you not think about all the stress-causing thoughts.
- PRACTICE DEEP BREATHING: By practicing deep breathing you become a tension-free person. As when you will released the inhaled air you will feel like you are releasing all your worries, fears, and concerns from your life. If you practice deep breathing in the early morning then it will be beneficial for your both mental and physical health.
- MAINTAIN PHYSICAL EXERCISE & GOOD NUTRITION: A person who exercises regularly and takes all good nutrition from food is less likely to feel ill and such persons have a robust physical appearance too. If you do regular exercise then you feel like a prosperous person who doesn’t have any fear of future events.
- MANAGE SOCIAL MEDIA TIME: I think social media is not a place to feel joy in your life I think people use social media as a weapon to spread jealousy, advertisement campaigns, and many bad things for their cheap business-related benefits. If you have a social media account then I don’t want to recommend that deactivate it but I will recommend that please manage your social media time and don’t become a slave to these monopolized social media companies. Go beyond the boundaries of these fake platforms, rabbit holes, click bites and start finding joy in your real life through your interest and passion.
- CONNECT WITH OTHERS: You should connect with others share your thoughts with them, understand their thoughts, share your stress-related feeling with them and understand what they will follow if they are also in the same situation. If you have a problem in your professional life then discuss it with your teachers, mentors, colleagues, teammates, and seniors as they may also have experienced such things in their professional careers. If you have a problem in your personal life then you should discuss them with your family and friends because they may help you by giving their advice on how to tackle such things. Always remember you can’t start the new chapter of your life if you keep re-reading the last one and you can’t understand the present chapter if you think about the upcoming ones.
